G. SUBMISSION/CANCELLATION OF ORDER – CONSUMER PROTECTION

Placing an order through www.handmadefromgreece.gr constitutes the conclusion of a distance sales contract regulated by the legislative framework of N. 2251/1994, as amended. It constitutes a binding proposal to purchase the said products at the total price stated upon submission of the order, as it includes VAT 24%, packaging and shipping costs, other applicable charges and any discounts you are entitled to as a visitor/customer. You have the ability to conclude a valid order through www.handmadefromgreece.gr, provided you are legally capable according to the articles of the Greek Civil Code, (provided you have completed the eighteenth year of your age and are not under judicial assistance as to the conclusion of a sales contract), otherwise any non-compliance with the above constitutes automatically the cancellation of the order without any verbal or written harassment. Orders can also be made by representatives of legal persons, proving before the submission of the order their written competence, while the company reserves the right to claim from the supervisor or guardian any orders that will be made by legally incapable persons. Your order is completed with its acceptance by our company by sending a written confirmation (confirmation email) to you at the email address you indicated when submitting the order. In case you do not receive a confirmation message of your order, please contact us via email in order to request the successful completion of the submission of your order. This possibility is given to you, strictly, for one whole day after the placement of the order. After this point in time, cancellation is not possible and you can now return and change your order after you first receive it.

H. PAYMENT OF PRODUCTS

Having as a guide the facilitation of transactions and your immediate service, we provide you all the following payment options, with all the necessary security protocols governing electronic transactions

CASH ON DELIVERY: (Applicable only in Greece) It applies only to shipments within Greece and the additional cost is €3.00 (including VAT 24%). Payment is made upon receipt of your parcel from the courier company we cooperate with. It concerns orders up to €100. Please, if there is an inability to receive, contact us so that we can help in your best service. We inform our customers that in case of refusal of an order with cash on delivery, the next orders should be made exclusively with the use of one of the other payment methods, except cash on delivery. If any of the next orders have cash on delivery as a payment method, it will be automatically cancelled.

PAYPAL: By choosing payment via Paypal you will be transferred to the globally known website for the security of its transactions, where you can pay either without an account using your credit/debit card or through your Paypal account. DEPOSIT IN THE COMPANY’S BANK ACCOUNT: In case you choose as a way of payment of your order the deposit in our bank account, which will be communicated to you by email when you select it in your order, you are given the margin to complete the deposit within two (2) working days. As a reason for your deposit, you state the number of your order, which will have been communicated to you in your email with all the details of your order. After the deposit, you send us to info@handmadefromgreece.gr the proof of your bank deposit with the subject of your email the number of your order. GREECE

Orders placed until 5:00 p.m. and provided there is availability, are dispatched by us the next day and delivery in 2-7 days depending on the postal code of the area. Orders placed after 5:00 p.m. are dispatched the next business day. Excluded are products that are on order and you will be informed about the expected delivery time the next business day.

• Saturday, Sunday, and holidays, no shipments / transactions and deliveries of orders are made.

EUROZONE

Shipments are made daily, except weekends, and their delivery is made within 5-10 business days. Excluded are products that are on order and you will be informed about the expected delivery time the next business day. Upon completion of your order, an automatic email message is sent, where you are informed about the registration of it, in which all the details of your order will be listed in detail. After checking the order and the availability of the products, the delivery will be scheduled to the courier and you will receive an email with the number of your package and the tracking link to the courier company.

OUTSIDE EUROZONE

Shipments are made daily, except weekends, and their delivery is made within 5-20 business days depending on the country, in any case, we will inform you by email when we deliver your package to the courier and receive accurate information about the delivery day. Excluded are products that are on order and you will be informed about the expected delivery time the next business day from your order.

VOLUME CHARGE

The charge of each shipment depends on the combination of size and weight (volume measurement system of the International Air Transport Organization IATA). If the volumetric weight of the shipment is greater than the actual then the charge is based on the volumetric weight and is calculated by multiplying the three dimensions of the package and then multiplying by 250. In case the payment method is CASH ON DELIVERY (valid only for Greece) then the extra charge of the service is €3.00 and concerns purchases up to €100. For purchases over €100 the following payment options are given: use of debit or credit card, deposit in a bank account, Paypal, Masterpass. For orders that exceed the total amount of €70, the basic shipping within Greece and for orders up to 2 kilos are free provided that the payment method has been selected as the use of debit/credit card, Paypal, MasterPass, deposit in a bank account. Please if there is an inability to receive, contact us so that we can help in your best service. We inform our customers that in case of refusal of an order with the payment method cash on delivery, the next ones should be made exclusively with the use of one of the other payment methods. If any of the next orders have cash on delivery as a payment method, it will be immediately canceled without notification.

RETURN OF PRODUCTS

You have the right to return products you have bought in case you are not satisfied with your purchase, as long as they return in the same condition as delivered and without any use. The products can be exchanged with other products of the same or upper value. There is also the option of receiving a coupon equal to the original products value for future purchases in our shop. You can also claim a full refund excluding transfer fees.

RETURN THE PRODUCT IN THE E- SHOP

You can make your returns directly to our E shop headquarters and either change it with something else, with equal or higher price, or obtain a credit voucher for future purchases, without any further charge, or claim a full money refund excluding transfer fees

J. CONDITIONS

• You have the right to return the products you purchased without having to inform us of the reason why you wish to return them, within a period of ten (10) calendar days from the date of receipt, which will always arise from a relevant proof of receipt so that the above time of return of the products from their receipt by the customer is counted.
• The shipping costs of return as well as the new order burden the buyer.
• You can either request a direct change with a new product, which you fill in the return form or the return of money with your return.
• In case you do not immediately want its replacement, we issue a credit coupon minus the return costs and we notify you of its unique code via your email.
• You can use the same courier company, with which you received your package, for your returns, provided you declare a recipient charge to take advantage of our preferential charges. Otherwise, you choose your own transport with the costs directly burdening you. We recommend that you be careful with your returns because the product is at your own risk until we receive it.
• A necessary condition is that the product is in its original packaging and in the same excellent condition, that is, it has not suffered wear or damage, in which you received it. The acceptance or not of the return will be made after a first quality check by our company and the condition of the returned product is estimated.
• The return of the product must contain the retail sales receipt and the special markings of the product (tags), as well as the return form that you will find below.
• If for reasons of force majeure (natural disasters, weather conditions, strikes, etc.) it is not possible to deliver the products you have ordered, we will inform you promptly by phone or email to find out if you still want your order to be sent.
