RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
RETURN OF PRODUCTS
You have the right to return products you have bought in case you are not satisfied with your purchase, as long as they return in the same condition as delivered and without any use. The products can be exchanged with other products of the same or upper value. There is also the option of receiving a coupon equal to the original products value for future purchases in our shop. You can also claim a full refund excluding transfer fees.
RETURN THE PRODUCT IN THE E- SHOP
You can make your returns directly to our E shop headquarters and either change it with something else, with equal or higher price, or obtain a credit voucher for future purchases, without any further charge, or claim a full money refund excluding transfer fees

Please contact us in advance so as to arrange the transfer method and inform you about the correct procedure so as the product is delivered safe to us.
Replace product via Courier
GREECE
In case you wish to exchange the product with another one, you have to return us first the product you no longer wish so as to check that it is in its first condition and then we sent you the new one.
In case you ask for a debit voucher, you will be sent a personal message with a coupon which will correspond to the sum of the refund and the refund costs of the courier services will be charged to you.
In case of the company’s error in the shipment of the product or in case of a faulty product the return expenses will fall upon our company.
You can also request the refund by using any other courier service at your own responsibility and expense.
CAUTION: Until the moment the product reaches us, it lies under your own responsibility and consequently it is vital that you make sure it is safely shipped so as to avoid any damage or loss and therefore the failure of its return.
RETURNS / REFUND POLICY
There are three alternatives if you are not satisfied with the products received from our e-shop, either a new product of equal or higher amount or a credit coupon or a full money refund.
Refunds are available for all items. Products must be returned within 5 days of receipt of your order and any items received after then may be discarded. Items must be returned in their original condition including tags and sanitary labels. Once we have received the items, all returned items will be inspected before a refund is issued. Our company reserves the right to deny a refund if returned items are used, soiled, worn or damaged in any way or have any form of perfumes or scents on the fabric, in that case they will be returned to the sender. You will be notified via email if your returned item is not suitable for a refund.
The cost of return shipping is at the customer’s expense and is non-refundable. We recommend returning items through traceable mail, as any returned items that are not received by our company will not be issued a refund. We also recommend that customers ask for proof of postage at the time of posting returned items.
***Please note that the international shipping costs that company provide do not reflect the cost of return shipping from countries outside Greece. It is the responsibility of the customer to enquire about the cost of return shipping from their country back to Greece, as this fee is in no way covered by our company. For further information, please contact our customer care team.
Please notice that for your returns, we allow a 5 business day’s period for delivering your package to the courier company and our previous information via email for your return. We also need 1-2 days to return you your new order. You will be informed via email once this transaction has been processed.
A credit coupon can be issued in order to use it in your future purchases, with no expiry date, and shop anything you would like. Please send us an email so as to notify us for the issue of a credit coupon in your new order.
EXCHANGES
If you require a replacement size, color or alternative item/s, you are required to place a new order. You have first to sent us the returnable items ,wait for our response of the quality check of your return and then you place your new order referring in the notes that this is a return order, please note us the number of your first order.
In case you have returned your order and choose a credit coupon for future purchases, we will sent you an e-mail with the issue of your coupon after our quality check of your returns, please note the issue of your credit coupon in the notes of your new order.
CONDITIONS
You have the right to return the products you have purchased without having to reveal the reason why you wish for their return, within a five day deadline from the day they were delivered.
It is absolutely essential that the product will be in its original packaging and in the very same unused condition as when you had received it. The acceptance or not of the returned product will be done after it has undergone a quality check from our company and the condition of the returned product has been evaluated.
The return of the product will have to include the receipt and the special labels of the product as well as the return form you will find below.
RETURN OF THE PRODUCTS PROCEDURE
- Send us an informative e-mail about your intention to return your order
- If you wish to exchange with other products of our company please sent us the SKU code so as to keep it for you, don’t forget that our products are handmade and unique, only one art piece is available each time.
- Fill in the form you can download from here.
- Send us the package with the way we will agree via our email, after you have made sure that the products are in the same excellent condition in which you have received them and that it is accompanied by the return form and the receipt.
If no problem with the returned product is presented, we will immediately proceed in its replacement by your new order or sent you via e-mail the issue of your credit voucher for future purchases. If you choose a full money refund we will procedure through the payment method you initially made in your order, only in the case you made it with bank transfer, don’t forget to fill it in your return form.
